You couldn't pay me to come back here, sold a faulty vacuum and rang within twenty minutes of purchase to complain yet have now been back four times and nothing will be done - have had comments such as 'well I'm not going to call you a liar but I don't believe you' and 'it's only a vacuum' thrown my way by these disgusting failed used car salesmen. Made me cry, made me feel like was such a moron I didn't know how to use a vacuum correctly and just basically made me write off the cost of the vacuum simply to put this horrible experience behind me. Third vacuum I have purchased from here but most definitely the last. Well done scumbags you got your sale but the power of social media is a birch that will come back to bite you.
