  We've rented an apartment from our friend via Hocking Stuart for just under 2 years. During that time frame, we've had many poor experiences with seemingly incompetent or lazy staff. We've been asking them to repair a window since we moved in (we're now moving out but I have little faith that it'll be fixed before the next tenant moves in) and with each request we get spun around in circles. They consistently mess up basic administrative tasks, like telling us we owe the wrong amount for payments and failing to provide necessary documents multiple times (and after many chase-ups on my end). They are inconsistent with communication, like discussing open times with me over the phone yet texting my boyfriend from an unknown number when the times change.
  I am sad to be moving out of a fantastic apartment, but will be glad to be rid of Hocking Stuart Caulfield. My dealings with our new rental agency have been above expectation.
